Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Area Monthly sales target by preparing and area sales plan.
∎ Plan, organize and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
∎ Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets in the consumer sector.
