• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• 4 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery

• Overseeing the sales of the company's products and services from beginning to end.

• Achieving monthly targets through existing and new customers.

• Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route plan.

• Retain all existing dealers and ensure Proper Service Standards Month to Month.

• Proper Team Management, Controlling, Monitoring & Supervision.

• Leading sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through customer support.

• Conduct seminars and farmers throughout the respective Area.

• Providing technical support to farmers and other relevant entities.

• Adding new agents from the competition in the respective gap market.

• Constant communication with Dealer, Line Manager, subordinates to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.

• Monitor & ensure credit, sales collection and sales against credit limit.

• Submit necessary reports as per requirements of Management.

• Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
