Dairy, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve primary and secondary sales target/ budget
∎ Supervise Branch Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor & Sales Representative
∎ Increase coverage of Outlets & Markets
∎ Maintain safety stocks at Distributor & sales centers
∎ Ensure visibility of our products
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary action of correction
∎ Execute trade promotion, consumer offer & POSMs in the market
∎ Keep and have to be up dated all types of sales related documentation
∎ Collect feedback about competitors' activities in the markets
∎ Do other duties as assigned by the supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have working knowledge on direct sales operation, about markets and visual merchandising, distributor management, profit protection
∎ Should have people, supply chain and inventory management knowledge
∎ Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ Must have the skills in MS word, MS-excel
∎ Must have the skill in communication
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have motorcycle driving license
