Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Sciences/Social Sciences or relevant field. Essential
∎ Masters degree in any subject preferable in Sciences/Social Sciences or any other relevant field. Desirable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in developing AP Plan especially in DIP, ITT and M&E Plan development
∎ Facilitate and assist to conduct Program monitoring, baseline, evaluation; documentation of lessons learned, best practices and small study
∎ Establish Community & AP based Monitoring System; adopt monitoring tools and flow of information management system to ensure monitoring and support TP learning agenda
∎ Ensure all DME events documentation and analysis findings are disseminated to respective stakeholders
∎ Ensure AP level data is 100% error free through data auditing, validation, maintain accuracy, reliability, relevancy and quality
∎ Ensure quality of DME processes and products and share those with different level stakeholders
∎ Coordinate with respective Area Program & Technical Program team, internal and external stakeholders
∎ Build DME Capacity of Upazila, Partner staff & WVB AP team and community stakeholders
∎ Contribute to an innovative and integrated Cox’s Bazar Special Zone MEAL team: APC, development grants, and response grants
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on program/ project development including in emergency Essential
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project. Essential
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting Essential
∎ Knowledge on developing Baseline, Evaluation framework and Monitoring System including MIS data management system. Essential
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, orientation for staff, communities and partners. Essential
∎ Proven management ability Essential
∎ Good communication and networking skill Essential
∎ Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal Essential
∎ Good command in Chittagonian, verbal Preferred
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills Essential
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation Essential
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation Essential
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field Essential
∎ World Vision experience Preferred
∎ Must be willing and able to travel 50% of working time.
∎ Will provide guidance, support, coaching and mentoring to Department /Unit Heads and ensure a culture of collaboration and communication is maintained.
