Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making area sales development plan for respective area.
∎ Making distributor and sales officer setup plan.
∎ Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise.
∎ Lead sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority (s)
∎ Monitoring and manage SR, distributor,
∎ Maintain good relation with distributor, retailer.
∎ Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
