Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and execute area sales strategies in line with company goals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance
Ensure effective market coverage and availability of all products (Ghari, Uniwash, Xing Bar)
Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners
Provide timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management
