Job Context

Area Manager- Sales & Marketing is the position to ensure expanding market and increase the sales volume to achieve company target.
Responsibilities
Regularly visit Marketing and Technical Officers, evaluate their daily client visits, sales activities and target achievements.
Execute all marketing & technical activities as per set plan of the organization.
Lead and motivate sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Train & develop feed technical team to Design, implement and facilitate monthly/annual sales and technical plan.
Support the sales & marketing team to gather the technical knowledge.
Expand new market area and increase the sales volume to achieve company target.
Coordinate and verify feed quality upon analyzing different factors and difficulties.
Visit and monitor trial related farms, identify FCR and focus farmers on the FCR, if needed necessary assistance to be given to the farmers as well.
Identify the suitable areas/water bodies at different locations, factories and suggest for feed related projects.
Provide technical & sales information, presentation and support to the farms and fisheries as needed.
Training and development of sales & marketing stuff as well as fisheries and farm regarding fish feeds management.
Create new agents, regular visit of agents, perspective agents, customers, farmers.
Competitor`s information`s, Sales information, others approval reports send to head office time to time.
To arrange promotional activity like as farmers meeting, get together with potential agents, customers, farmers.
Visit Depots in every 15 days’ interval, assess the product stock and report to Head Office Sales Department and Credit Control Department.
Taking overall responsibility of Depot in that area and monitoring all types of transection of products at Depots.
Prepare Weekly/ Monthly Visit Plan and submit the execution report along with sales performance report to Zonal Head regularly.
