Job Responsibilities:
∎ Territory setup
∎ Doctor/Customer list preparation
∎ Doctor wise product and value sales targeting
∎ MPO activity monitoring
∎ Ensure 100% target achievement
∎ Credit management
∎ Keep MPO motivation
∎ Develop short and long term sales strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Strong analytical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented
∎ Ability to lead the team and motivate the team members
∎ Ability to achieve the target within the short lead time.
