Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory-wise doctor list.
∎ Set up MPO-wise work route.
∎ Party wise yearly & monthly business plan setup & monitoring.
∎ Team building.
∎ Field force activity monitoring according to company work policy.
∎ Ensure 100% target achievement.
∎ Keep MPO motivated.
∎ Plan and ensure weak MPO/ territory development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Homoeopathy medicine company will get preference.
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and highly proactive.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented.
∎ Growth Mindset.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive increment based on yearly performance
