Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 3 years as MPO or 1 year as Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory wise doctor list.
∎ MPO wise work route setup.
∎ Party wise yearly & monthly business plan setup & monitoring.
∎ Team building.
∎ Field force activity monitoring according to company work policy.
∎ Ensure 100% target achievement.
∎ Keep MPO motivated.
∎ Plan and ensure weak MPO/ territory development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and highly proactive.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented.
∎ Growth Mindset.
