∎ BBA & MBA, BSS, MSS Major

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange monthly area meeting
∎ Monthly due collection plan
∎ Monthly corruption settlement plan
∎ Maintain night stay in branch .
∎ Must have practical experience and ability to manage 5-7 branch offices with at least 5 years working experience in related/assets related to loan operations.
∎ Supervise field level officers and assist in achieving targets.
∎ Must have skills in developing or implementing annual targets, budgets, and plans.
∎ Play a strategic role in achieving targets and budgets.
∎ Must have skills in preparing various reports as per requirement of MRA, PKSF, Banks and donor agencies.
∎ Must be proficient in microfinance software management.
∎ Must have experience in fund management.
∎ Must have effective and good communication management skills with various departments and field levels of the organization.
∎ Must have skills to assist management in decision making by crosschecking and analyzing AIS and MIS reports.
∎ In addition to playing a helpful role in increasing the professionalism and efficiency of the subordinate officers and employees, they must play an effective role in controlling defaulters and bad loans.
∎ Must have skills in conducting meetings, seminars, trainings, and workshops and must have good communication skills with public and private organizations as well as mass communication skills.
∎ 90% time of field visit / branch visit every month.
∎ Candidates should be proficient in computer operation and candidates should have report preparation and ratio analysis skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Job Location: Mirsarai, Chattogram
∎ Must have previous experience in handling G-banker software.
∎ Experience of supervising field staff required.

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
