Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• The candidate must have B.Sc in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Animal Husbandry/ Dairy Science/ DVM with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Livestock,Dairy

• Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates

• Knowledge on milk quality, procurement system, Dairy farm management; business operation, supply chain management, financial statement

• Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill

• Must have using capabilities of MS Office

• Able to work under stress situation

• Ensure good quality of milk collection, preservation and dispatch to BDFP factory with necessary test for quality control

• Organise materials related milk production, collection, distribution and reach desired volume of milk procurement within the duration

• Monitor and evaluate the collection and financial activities within the concerned areas and prepare daily milk collection report and stock report etc.

• Find new scope for expansion of milk collection territory by establishing the relation with other social activities

• Attend the regular farmer’s meeting, identify the farmer’s need/problems and necessary suggestion for solving the problems.

• Plan and execute the promotional activities, health camp, health care and breeding activities in co-ordination with the respective team for improving animal health and productivity

• Create a robust producer base with focus on clean milk production, high level of productivity and quality

• Maintain and update all registers, bill voucher and milk procurement record for smooth functioning of chilling centers

• Lead to maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment for ensuring inventory management; make fund requisition and ensure payment of the farmers

• Improve performance of the team through effective review mechanism, coaching, training

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
