Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of Area Manager (Micro Enterprise) to create a panel to fulfill the present requirement of the organization and for future employment. Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply for the position.
∎ Area Manager (ME) is responsible for the effective and viable operation of Microenterprise loan in RDRS at field level. S/he is responsible to assist management to prepare a plan for Microenterprise loan and ensure 100% achievement as per plan and provide reports to respective supervisors. S/he will also share the new ideas/feedback with management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and assist management to prepare Annual Plan regarding ME Loan and initiate to implement accordingly;
∎ Put in the demand for required fund for ME loan disbursement;
∎ Prepare the profile of the client and assist the respective staff to prepare the loan proposal and loan disbursement;
∎ Frequent and regular follow up to ME client to ensure 100% recovery;
∎ Check the related records maintained and preserved in the branches as per policy;
∎ Monitor utilization of loan money properly as proposed;
∎ Ensure the Program is on the right track;
∎ Assist management to review and develop the ME policy as needed;
∎ Be available to resolve any type of problem regarding the program;
∎ Initiate legal action (court case) against problematic ME loan client as complainant, if necessary and assigned by the management;
∎ Prepare, collect and compile reports regarding the program with the cooperation of all level respective staff as per requirement of management and donors;
∎ Provide all-out cooperation to front line staffs for smooth running of the program;
∎ Cooperate with internal and external visitors as and when necessary;
∎ Represent RDRS ME loan program at the local level forum;
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing and able to ride motorcycle with valid driving license

Salary:
∎ Tk. 26082 - 49855 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiated depends on the competency of candidates

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to one month basic salary
