• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age At least 28 years

• Must be able to travel
• Must have a motorbike

• Organize and implement the operational procedures of the restaurants in the assigned zone
• Monitor and enforce restaurant quality, food safety standards and occupational safety & health related issues
• Track that food and non-food items’ expiration, hygiene and cleanliness issues are properly maintained
• Perform routine physical inspections of process operations and take action to mitigate any risk
• Manage and mentor staff to achieve optimum performance in every department
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with guests and resolve complaints, if any
• Manage inventory according to the guideline and track record of stock and expenditures
• Report to the authority for any process variation and guide branch manager to resolve any non-compliance issue within a specified amount of time
• Prepare monthly report of the branches outlining all deficiencies and deviations from the company standards; and suggest areas of improvements
• Conduct follow up visits as necessary to ensure all previously found deficiencies are resolved
• Perform operational tasks in restaurants in absence of manager
• Perform additional duties and as and when required by the management
