3–7 years of sales experience (tyre/automotive/FMCG preferred).
Strong knowledge of tyre product categories (PCR, TBB, TBR, OTR, Farm).
Proven experience in dealer network management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Achievement
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual tyre sales targets (PCR, TBR, OTR, etc.).Execute sales strategies, schemes, and promotions. Drive product penetration and upsell premium products.
Dealer & Retailer Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers. Identify and appoint new dealers or sub-dealers in uncovered areas. Ensure proper stock availability and product placement.
Market Coverage & Development
Visit retail points, fleets, and transport hubs regularly. Map the market potential and identify growth opportunities. Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with the management team.
Payment & Credit Control
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers. Monitor outstanding dues and credit limits.
Brand Visibility & Promotion
Implement branding, merchandising, and point-of-sale (POS) activities. Support marketing campaigns, fleet demos, and product launches.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with logistics for smooth order fulfillment. Provide market feedback to Area or Regional Managers.
