Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure targeted milk collection, all necessary tests for quality control & to maintain all books and records for the smooth functioning of the Chilling Center.
∎ Direct farmers include & convert to society from Suppliers.
∎ To ensure hygienic quality milk collection & maintenance of dairy machinery and laboratory equipment.
∎ To conduct the regular farmer's meeting, identification of farmer's needs/problems & necessary suggestions for solving the problems.
∎ To ensure targeted milk collection and all necessary tests for quality control.
∎ To ensure all financial activities and to ensure smooth operation of Chilling Center activities.
∎ To Prepare daily requisition of Milk tanker, daily milk collection and stock report etc.
∎ Maintain any other task assigned by Mgt.
