Education:
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the microfinance sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Branch Manager/Asst. Branch Manager level).
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
Mobility: Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh and adapt to rural/field settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving business and social targets in microfinance or development programs.
Strong leadership and team-building capacity to manage multiple branches and diverse teams.
Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

To groom future leaders in the development sector, CDIP is looking for dynamic and committed individuals for its Area Manager position, designed to provide fast-track career growth in core operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage overall operations of multiple branches within the assigned area.
Ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality control of microfinance, education, and health programs.
Lead, guide, and evaluate Branch Managers and field staff; build team capacity through mentoring and training.
Ensure proper loan disbursement, savings mobilization, overdue recovery, and financial discipline.
Oversee audit, monitoring, compliance, and timely reporting.
Maintain accurate office documentation, including staff attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
Drive community development initiatives beyond microfinance (e.g., education, awareness, and training).
Promote CDIP’s mission, vision, and values through active community engagement and client relationship management.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on program progress and outcomes; provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify performance gaps among staff and implement development measures.
Pilot and support innovative projects; contribute ideas to improve program effectiveness.
