∎ Graduate from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Monitor sales regarding team building, prescription target achievement, promotional activities & sales achievement.
∎ Responsibility includes motivating, leading and directing total team members and able to achieve company set objectives including sales and collections target.
∎ Coordinating with distribution department to assure in time and cost-effective delivery of goods in respective area.
∎ Coordinates the Tour as per Daily Work Plan, Delivery Schedule of Product, assuring the needful and maximum outcome of the work.
∎ Will cross-check all routine activities like Tour Plan, Daily Call Report, Delivery Schedule, Monthly Report, Expense Bills and orders for goods supply of his team members regularly, assuring the optimum level of perfection in each area.
∎ Additional responsibilities will be to develop & maintain good relationship with healthcare professionals, institutions and pharmacies.
∎ Sales of Drug and Medicine in Hospital Pharmacy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products & Ayurvedic Products.)
∎ Minimum 03 to 05 years working experience as Sales Officer in Medicine store/Pharmacy is mandatory.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory with sales software.
∎ Within 35 years of age with excellent communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self- motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ Innovative & good planning capabilities are preferred.
Salary:
∎ Attractive salary package with TA/DA
