Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed public or private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of the front desk/reception counters.
∎ Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Assistant of CEO.
∎ In charge of all front desk operations.
∎ Attending incoming and outgoing calls if any.
∎ Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them.
∎ Maintenance of Visitor Register.
∎ Maintenance of Attendance Report/registrar & input to the Software Accordingly.
∎ Distributing inwards documents received.
∎ Responsible for payments of bills.
∎ behalf of the company
∎ Responsible for drafting various letter under the guidance of HR.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory report.
∎ Responsible for Dispatching of Office stationeries, Inventory and keeping a record of them.
∎ Act as in-charge of the staffs ( Driver, Cleaner) and allocate their jobs.
∎ Any other responsibility directed by Top Management
∎ Reporting would be Head of HR
∎ Assist to admin

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with the MS-Excel, MS-Word.
∎ Friendly, cheerful and helpful.
∎ Should be smart.
∎ Ability to handle multi-tasking & prioritize the work.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Good social and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to store and record information accurately.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates should have polite and good command in English and Computer literacy.
