Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree/MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly Sales target.
∎ Preparation of monthly tour plan to visit own dealers & competitors' dealers as per KPI target.
∎ Visit own farms and competitor's farms as per KPI target.
∎ Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminar etc.
∎ Promoting new products and any special deals.
∎ Cooperate with Zonal In-charge to arrange small technical seminar as per target with the correlation with technical team.
∎ Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the Department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a valid Driving license.
∎ Computer skills are necessary.
∎ Has to be a smart, energetic and result oriented team member.
