Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from reputed IAB accredited University

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in REVIT will get preference.

• Member or candidate member of IAB will get preference.

• Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in 3D visualization and presentation software’s.

• Need sound knowledge on computer applications.

• Applicant should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.

• Applicant must be hard working and proactive.

• Professionally, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for the position.

Job Context: We are inviting application from only eligible who has 5-7 years work experienced with similar job in a reputed Architectural Farm / Real Estate Company. This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities. Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post. Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project team to develop and refine design, drawings and details.

• Coordinate with consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP and Contractors) throughout the project life cycle to ensure a seamless project execution.

• Perform site visit to check the quality and monitor the project progress as per drawings.

• Review construction drawings to ensure compliance of the local building codes, regulations and company standards.

• Review RAJUK drawings for submission.

• Cooperate and liaison with internal departments to solve any design and construction related issue.

• Prepare project presentation and 3D visualization.

• Preparation of Sketchup model project.

• Prepare .

• Preparation of details, interior design and drawing of the project.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
