Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in REVIT will get preference.
Member or candidate member of IAB will get preference.
Capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in 3D visualization and presentation software.
Need sound knowledge on computer applications.
Applicant should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Applicant must be hard working and proactive.
Professionally, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for the post.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are inviting applications from candidates who have 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role within a reputed architectural firm or real estate company.
Collaborate with the project team to develop and refine the project design, drawings and details.
Coordinate with consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP and Contractors) throughout the project life cycle to ensure a seamless project execution.
Perform site visit to check the quality and monitor the project progress as per drawings.
Review construction drawings to ensure compliance of the local building codes, regulations and company standards.
Review RAJUK drawings and FAR calculation for submission.
Coordinate and liaison with internal departments to solve any design and construction related issue.
Preparation of 3D visualization and the presentation of the project
Preparation of Sketch-up model of the project.
Preparation of finishing details, Interior design and drawings of the project.
Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
