• Age At least 30 years

• Have to know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules, accessibility standards, and other relevant regulations.
• Have to prepare detailed architectural documentation, including design drawings, technical specifications, and project progress reports.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both clients and team members.  
• Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design and drawing will get preference.

We are looking for an efficient Architect who has sound knowledge of Architecture and Interior design.       

• To Work for high rise multi storied modern commercial complex will be given preference.        
• Develop concept and detailed designs and drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.        
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.        
• Coordinate with the design team, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.        
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.        
• Have to inspect and monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to architectural plans.
