• Strong understanding of architectural and design principles and construction methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Have management skill.

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a passion for transforming spaces. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.

Job Location: Block-B, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka-1229

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute interior design and architectural concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Research materials, furnishings, and finishes to ensure quality and sustainability in design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Solid high-end interior design experience, Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Working Drawings, Layout Design, Site Visit & 3D visualization.
