Responsibilities & Context:
Meet with clients to determine their needs and project requirements.
Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
Develop and present design proposals and adjust them according to client feedback.
Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and construction documents.
Conduct research and prepare feasibility and environmental impact reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local planning regulations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and design deliverables.
Collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, and other construction professionals.
Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation materials for client meetings.
Collect and maintain samples of building and interior materials, updating the materials database regularly.
