• Meet with clients to determine their needs and project requirements.

• Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.

• Develop and present design proposals and adjust them according to client feedback.

• Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and construction documents.

• Conduct research and prepare feasibility and environmental impact reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local planning regulations.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and design deliverables.

• Collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, and other construction professionals.

• Create 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation materials for client meetings.

• Collect and maintain samples of building and interior materials, updating the materials database regularly.
