Matter Solutions is an SEO Agency in Australia. We’re looking for an appointment setter to writers to join our growing team delivering Link Building, and Content Marketing to clients in the United States.

The Role
You will report directly to the Business Development Manager (BDM), who is also based in Bangladesh.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, including cold calls, email and LinkedIn (training and scripts provided).
Engage business owners and decision-makers, introduce Matter Solutions’ services, and book qualified appointments for the BDM.
Handle inbound enquiries from website forms, email and other channels, qualify them, and schedule sales calls.
Ensure appointments meet qualification criteria before booking.
Confirm appointments, send calendar invites, and manage follow-ups or rescheduling.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach, conversations and bookings in the CRM.
Work closely with the BDM to align on target markets, messaging and daily priorities.
Continuously improve outreach quality, objection handling and booking rates through feedback and coaching.
