Job Context:
∎ Location: Head Office
∎ To plan, design, develop multi-platform supported e-learning materials of BRAC Education Programme
∎ To provide effective, practical & technical guidance, solutions, capacity development of team members & part time computer specialists to develop better quality of e-learning materials.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare interactive multimedia content by adding and editing graphics, animation, sound, video etc with the script made on Rohingya Community.
∎ Receive the scripts from script writer, analyze them and animate them according to the script.
∎ Provide proper guideline, follow up and ensure the quality of the Multimedia contents from other animators.
∎ Design and drawing Layout, character, background and making interactive activity, games for web based platform.
∎ Assist and support (technical and logistics) to successfully arrange all workshops, content review sessions & feedback sessions of Multimedia Digital Contents.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot computer (desktop/laptop/Android Device) problems.
∎ Install necessary software and hardware when needed.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years of working experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Must have skill in developing education material.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to complete a job properly as a team or individually
∎ Proficiency in using Adobe Suite and other multimedia tools with Hands on experience.
∎ Must have knowledge in business and marketing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and with new challenges.
∎ Capable to have a control over assigned job with minimal supervision and complete as per allocated time
∎ Focus on achieving organization goals honestly and diligently.
∎ Understand and compliant with organisation's rules and regulations
∎ Has generally effective command of English language and can use and understand fairly complex language, particularly in familiar situation.
