Job Context:
∎ BJIT Limited is currently hiring 10 Trainee Software Engineers (Android). The selected candidates will go through a 3 (Three) months Training Program. During the training phase, trainees are required to achieve Certification on Development Tools and Platform wise along with soft skills. Based on Training Evaluation and Feedback; trainees will receive the confirmation of service as Software Engineer.
∎ BJIT is looking for Software Engineers to join the growing Engineering team and build the next generation of our company. Candidates must have strong, first-hand technical expertise in a variety of configuration management and big data technologies and the proven ability to fashion robust scalable solutions that can manage large data sets. They must be at ease working in a dynamic environment with little supervision. Ability to embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development will also be greatly appreciated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in training arranged by the organization for 3 months including OJT
∎ Design and build smartphone application for Android platform
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features
∎ Follow defined coding rules/conventions in the respective platform
∎ Prepare basic design, detail design, execute BAT
∎ Follow review process for peer review to code delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ IELTS (Minimum 6.00) or equivalent examination will be given preference.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong understanding on Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
∎ Preferable to have good knowledge in core Java and Kotlin
∎ 1+ years practical experience in full life cycle of Android application development will add value
∎ Hands on experience to work with IoT
∎ Idea on Eclipse & ANT based build system/Android Studio, experience in Gradle.
∎ Knowledge of memory management and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
∎ Basic understanding of Android App design principles and interface guidelines
∎ Strong understanding of creating different UMLs like sequence diagram, class diagram.
∎ Strong mindset to build up skill in full stack Smartphone application development and IoT
∎ programming language
∎ Android interactivity.
∎ Android UI.
∎ Implementing navigation.
∎ Android testing.
∎ Working with data.
∎ Notifications.
∎ Firebase on Android.
Salary:
∎ During Training Period BDT 20,000.00 per month
After Confirmation BDT 30,000 to 45,000 per month based on performance
