∎ এম. ফিল বা পিএইচডি ধারীরা অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।

∎ আরবী ও ইংরেজীতে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটারে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ আরবী থেকে বাংলা এবং বাংলা থেকে আরবী অনুবাদে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
∎ আরবী ভাষা শিক্ষা কোর্স পরিচালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
