Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge in any GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) or other reservation system.
∎ Responsible to provide a welcoming atmosphere to valued customers with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Work as an integrated member of the sales team, making client calls, providing detailed information regarding ticket and proposals to agents and clients, providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate.
∎ Vast Knowledge about Route plan and fare strategy, Regarding travel agency related services.
