Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Business Studies in Ticketing
∎ Bachelor from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: air ticket, Air Ticketing, airticket , Reservation and ticketing, Reservation Ticketing, Ticket Reservation, Ticketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticket Sales, Airline Ticketing, Airlines ticketing, Reservation/ Ticketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer phone calls and provide information to passengers as per their travel plans.
∎ Relay correct, complete, and updated information on flight schedule, fare, arrival, and departure to customers.
∎ Handle questions, complaints, and inquiries from customers politely and discreetly.
∎ Instruct customers on using company website for information.
∎ Take customers information and feed in the computer systems and making reservations.
∎ Apply discounts on tickets for regular customers and assist in hotel reservation.
∎ Process credit card, check, and cash payments for sold tickets for walk-in customers.
∎ Make alternate arrangements for passengers owing to flight cancellation and process refund as required.
∎ Book domestic and international flights for travelers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have course completion certificate from any airlines, gds, IATA about ticketing/ gds services
∎ Submission of completion certificate from GDS/ Airline Ticketing Certificate/ IATA is must
∎ Interested candidates must have to submit their GDS/Airline Ticketing Certificate/ IATA Certificate as proof of previous employment of competent and qualified employees with the ability to sell international air transportation.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund
