Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Agriculture with at least 3 years of experience to work in agricultural development projects.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementation and monitoring of activities under Agriculture and Environment unit as well as related bi-lateral projects;
∎ Assess the activities related to crop production, management and marketing;
∎ Facilitate and foster partnership with Federations/Groups/ Farmers Forum/FFS, monitoring the training and demonstrations;
∎ Organize and coordinate different issue based workshop, seminar for increasing influence on and access to right of poor people for sustainable livelihood;
∎ Provide linkages to RDRS social mobilization network of farmer federations and groups and capacity building inputs and support to the network partners, agro- service providers and farmers on different priority technologies and extension approaches;
∎ Develop training modules and providing technical inputs to develop communication/extension materials on priority technology dissemination approaches;
∎ Support to conduct risk assessment tools in Communities and facilitates and development of community Plan of action;
∎ Provide technical assistance to the implementation of DRR and CCA,
∎ Regular visit all types of field activities like VDMC and VTF meeting, training, semi structured or non structured activity, awareness activities, conduct community risk assessment, site selection for plantation, Liaison, organize meeting, workshop, seminar, field day when necessary;
∎ Maintain liaison with local level GO, NGO and private sector, prepare periodic monthly report on DRR and CCA activity its operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent skill in generating reports;
∎ Liaison capacity with different stakeholders;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 27000 (Monthly)
