Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementation and monitoring of activities under AGGRI Project;
∎ Selecting tricot trial as per IRRI provided protocol and to establish tricot trial at farmer level;
∎ Time to time monitoring, data collection with IRRI provide data collection format and reporting on need basis;
∎ Conduct/monitor dealer demonstration at the field with proper data collection and documentation;
∎ Conduct the crop cut program as per IRRI protocol with the presence of UAO/ breeder from BRRI or universities and local SAAO;
∎ Arrange or create women farmers’ pool who are already working associated with male farmer at their rice farm;
∎ Need to link with some millers those are willing participate IRRI research program and mill some amount of IRRI provided variety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year experience in Agriculture related field;
∎ Experience : At least one year of experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent skill in generating reports;
∎ Liaison capacity with different stakeholders;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
