Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
∎ B.Sc. Agriculture/ Agricultural microbiology/ Plant pathology is preferable
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference

∎ Proactive, Smart and skilled persons are required
∎ Preferably Male candidates residing in and over Gazipur or Savar area
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Isolation, identification, characterization of agro-economically important microbes and formulation of other organic and bio-fertilizers.
∎ Preparation culture media for routine work and batch production.
∎ Should have good knowledge in biofertilizers, biopesticides production, formulation and application.
∎ Understanding the plant-microbes interaction.
∎ Performing QC test on regular basis.
∎ Conduct and coordinate pot experiment, field trial based on weather, season and understand the crop calendar independently.
∎ Knowing the land condition and planning accordingly.
∎ Assessment of crop performance and taking care of plant/field requirement e.g. irrigation, fertilizer/pesticide application, harvesting... and record all data.
∎ Focus in accuracy of data collection, analysis and documentation.
∎ Have good knowledge of biofertilizers & biopesticides market condition in locally and internationally. Ability to do technical marketing.
∎ Knowledge of fertilizers dosage, Government registration process and other regulations.
