Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor degree or higher in Agriculture, Livestock or other relevant.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain responsible to Agricultural/ Livestock Extension Manager
∎ Conduct rapid needs assessment of farmers and PMFIs, and report
∎ Suggest PMFIs in improving their disbursal proposals based on needs.
∎ Assist PMFIs in developing Technical Support Service activities based on needs and to improve timeliness, cost-effectiveness, quality and relevance of the services
∎ Provide on-the-job assistance to PMFI trainers to train farmers effectively
∎ Participate in PMFI's training programs as resource person
∎ Monitor the progress of TSS program implementation by the PMFIs and report monthly to Agriculture Extension Manager
∎ Occasionally monitor quality of credit provided by PMFIs and report
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Agricultural Extension Manager

∎ Working experience in Agriculture/ Livestock technologies extension issues for over 3 years
