∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing and sales of Diesel Generator and attain the objective set by the Management.
∎ Leading the sales & service team,
∎ Dealing with Principal,
∎ Preparing yearly sales target & Maintain targeted growth of the product.
∎ Ensure team building & team leading and focus on profitability and sustainability of the generator business.
∎ Making individual sales target and action plans for increased market share and profitability.
∎ Arranging promotional activates,
∎ Ensuring Tender/RFQ preparation & negotiation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in Marketing & Sales of Diesel Generator /Capital Machinery in respective position.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and able work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills, capable to maintain very good relationships with different group of people.
∎ He should have a positive and intensive approach.
∎ Be willing to work long hours.
Salary: Negotiable
