Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operation of Biological ETP (15,000 m³/day capacity).
Monitor plant performance, process parameters, and ensure compliance with DOE/environmental standards.
Manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for ETP equipment.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Ensure safe work practices.
