Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the lighting segment.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to define targets, KPIs, and market expansion plans.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and trends in the energy-efficient lighting industry.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, and government agencies.
∎ Oversee channel development, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.
∎ Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
∎ Strengthen the brand’s market position and promote energy-saving lighting solutions.
∎ Organize participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
∎ Stay updated on lighting technology trends, regulations, and energy-efficiency standards.
∎ Provide market feedback to product development teams for innovation and improvement.
∎ Coordinate product training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget.
∎ Monitor campaign ROI, sales performance, and generate analytical reports for management.
∎ Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing professionals.
∎ Drive team motivation, performance reviews, and skills development programs.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead and expand our market presence in the energy-efficient lighting sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing a high-performing team, and aligning sales and marketing strategies with company goals.
