Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assure Infrastructure, software, and service quality for IT
∎ Guide relevant teams to achieve globally recognized quality and security standards
∎ Develop digital transformation roadmap
∎ Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies to meet organizational objectives
∎ Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure they are met or exceeded
∎ Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and problems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring root cause analysis is conducted
