Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dealer or Corporate client development and Management, PVC Fittings, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ To plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ To maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for uPVC Pipes & Pipes Fitting sales.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ Supervise sales operations and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to develop market.
∎ Assist in managing, directing and monitoring the overall sales performance of the company and meet its goals, vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
∎ Collaborate with sales managers to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets to achieve it.
∎ Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales & customer base.
∎ Assist in managing the company through ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the company.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands that the organization’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activates- including relationships and risk management.
∎ Any other assignment which may be assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of experience in Plastic/ Polymer/uPVC Pipes & Fitting manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have product knowledge of uPVC Pipes & Fitting.
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in sales operations will get preference.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
