Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise sales operations and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to develop market.
∎ Assist in managing, directing and monitoring the overall sales performance of the company and meet its goals, vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
∎ Collaborate with sales managers to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
∎ Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales & customer base.
∎ Assist in managing the company through ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the company.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands that the organization’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities- including relationships and risk management.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of experience in Plastic/ Polymer/uPVC Door will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have product knowledge of PVC Door, Pipes & Sheet.
∎ Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in sales operations will get preference.
