Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BA/ BSC/ MBA any in discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Monitor and coordinator a team of ASMs, RSMs and DSM.
∎ Prepare and assign monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Achieving the primary and secondary sales target though deport and dealer's in the market.
∎ Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
∎ Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
∎ Keep an eye on competitor’s sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
∎ Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
∎ Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 years Marketing & Sales Experience in the field of Electrical & Electronics sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric & Electronic, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.
∎ Smart, energetic and hard working.
∎ Good organization and planning skills.
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
