• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and other related process, as well as an understanding of industry standards and best practices.

• Proven experience in production planning, resource management, and optimizing manufacturing workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, drive performance, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

• Oversee day-to-day operations.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company`s goals.

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.

• Set policies and processes.

• Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.

• Implement and monitor efficient processes to improve productivity.

• Manage the entire Cut to Ship process ensuring timely and efficient production.

• Coordinate between Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Finish Goods departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain high-quality standards across all production floors.

• Lead, mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve peak performance.

• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
