Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA in Marketing / B. Sc./M.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
∎ Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
∎ Stay up-to-date on current steel market trends
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
∎ Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
∎ Take calculative risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
∎ Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
∎ Report to Executive Director (Operation & Business Development)
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, set up sales network.
∎ General individual sales and supporting other sales person to meet regular sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-12 years working experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Proven work experience and track recordin Sales & Marketing.
∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
∎ Candidate having entrepreneurial and innovative mentality.
∎ He / She should have unique personality with self recognizer in the business environment.
∎ Having knowledge about organizational behavior, Individual perception, attitude and motivation that might have filled best expectation for the company.
∎ Preferred from steel structures field experiences.
