∎ Graduation from a reputed university in Law (LLM/ LLB/ Bar at Law).
∎ Graduation from a reputed university in Law (LLM/ LLB/ Bar at Law).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience, preferably in legal, compliance and regulatory preferably in MNC.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure of all the legal contracts and documentations vetting for partnerships and management.
∎ Providing Legal guidance on a wide range of the legal matters on litigation, employment law, intellectual property, corporate governance and so on.
∎ Conducting legal, regulatory and compliance training of the staffs.
∎ Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
∎ Drafting, negotiating.
∎ Have strong communication, negotiation and initiation skill to surmount internal and external legal, regulatory and compliance stakeholder management for the smoothest operations.
∎ Strong liaison with regulatory and legal counterparts for win-win resolution.
∎ Able to do product pricing and service delivery cost analysis.
∎ Skills on prioritization on agreement vetting, due diligence, policy regulations, SLA and end-to-end roll out coordination.
∎ Able to do up sale and cross sales with legal and compliance planning.
∎ Self-starter and able to do extensive commutes/travels.
∎ Support team to achieve target and business momentum.
∎ Support and ensure policy advocacy towards the right direction for GDH.
∎ Ability to deal with external legal counsel as and when requires.
