Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates should have proven technical knowledge regarding various types of yarns & fabrics.
- Sound knowledge on research and develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
- Must have good technical knowledge about the production and quality of grey fabrics.
- Analyze machine downtime causes and plan corrective action to enhance productivity.
- Supervise the shift scheduling of staffs for effective results of trouble shooting, break down maintenance, change over and research.
- Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest performance standard level.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
