Educational Requirements:
∎ A post Graduate degree on Accounting or Finance.
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement accounts & finance-related strategic business policies, rules & regulations.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
∎ Oversee Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, Capex analysis, New project analysis, Cost control, Asset Management of the company.
∎ Sound knowledge of core Risk of financial institutions e.g. Credit Risk, Asset liabilities manage Risk, ICC Risk and ICT Risk etc. & To look after all activities related to IAS, IFRS & Banks correspondence letters etc.
∎ Accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constrains, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities and construct. Monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems which provide an appropriate level of costing information to the Matrix Management.
∎ Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to resolve long terms outstanding debt of the customers.
∎ Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal control system.
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issue, inventory, business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, audit, cost control, and asset management.
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the team to implement improvement measures.
∎ Monitor overall activities of import /LC in due time.
∎ Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans of Group (all sister concern).
∎ Prepare a strategic financial plan and annual budget.
∎ Compile and complete monthly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS) and report to the board of directors and management.
∎ Ensure and Follow up the all type of License renewals and update within time like IRC, Trade, Environment, fire, etc.
∎ Enter financial information into appropriate software programs/ERP.
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Payable management/Receivable management.
∎ Ensuring and submit P/L account of the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years in the relevant field.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Business Planning and Budgeting, Data Analysis, Experience in using Accounts Software, In-depth knowledge of local Income Tax and VAT laws, RJSC.
∎ Should be knowledgeable in all types of production costing/cost accounting.
∎ Should have competency with ERP software-based accounting system.
∎ Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Self-motivated, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and interact with all management and staff levels.
