Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all factory operations including production, maintenance, and quality control.
Ensure smooth workflow, resource utilization, and timely production targets.
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the factory premises.
Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with management to plan and implement production schedules.
Maintain records and reports related to daily production and inventory.
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and control wastage.
