Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with organizational goals.
∎ Ensure accurate, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Manage cash flow, monitor bank balances, and forecast financial needs effectively.
∎ Implement and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
∎ Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payment and collections.
∎ Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
∎ Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to enhance performance and development.
∎ Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
∎ Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, securing necessary financing.
∎ Monitor financial risks and implement measures for risk mitigation.
∎ Provide strategic financial advice to senior management based on thorough analysis.
