∎ Graduation / MBA from Marketing or any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business strategies to raise customers' pool.
∎ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
∎ Ensure high levels of customer's satisfaction through excellent customer services
∎ Supervise store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
∎ Initiating periodical reports on present purchase trends, customer needs, profits etc
∎ Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and enhance profitability
∎ Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals of subordinates to assess training needs and build career paths
∎ Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
